| Q: I do not have any medical background. Can I still join the mission team? And what kind of works will I be doing? |
| A: Yes, many non-medical persons are needed too. Once you are accepted then you receive much training that you may need in mission fields. There are many different stations and you will be working with other medical professionals. They will train you and tell you what to do. There is registration table where you take blood pressures, temperatures, and assign people to different stations. We also have prayer station where you can have chance to evangelize. In children station, you get to do 2-3 hrs of games, crafts and bible teaching. Pharmacy station is always busy. One can put medicines in zip lock, and work together with other pharmacists. Doctor¡¯s station requires a well trained assistant. This is good for future medical students. Auto station is handled by mechanics. In addition, Karate teaching is very popular. |

| Q: How do I raise fund? |
| A: Sometimes your church would provide some percentage. Open Door church in VA gives $400 to non-members of the church, and $500 to members of it. You can write a support letter and send it out to families, relatives, friends, and coworkers. You will be surprised to see how God provides your needs. HOMM has samples of fund raising letters and you may ask for the copy of them. |

| Q: Does a donor get a tax-deductible statement? |
| A: Yes, but donor must write out to HOMM. You are not to collect checks under your name. All checks must go into HOMM treasure. Reimbursements are only approved when you tell the treasure about your situations. Also don¡¯t forget to raise fund for immunizations (usually $400-500). If you are able to do overflowing of fund raising, then HOMM will automatically distribute those donations to needy members. |

| Q: Am I be able to get refund if I want to drop from the mission trip during the training time? |
| A: Registration fee is non-refundable. The first part of payment for airfare, which has a deadline, can be reimbursed. But once the deadline is passed, whether you go or not, you must pay the airfare. HOMM will let you know when the deadline is. You may borrow from someone and request for the reimbursement, if you drop from the trip. But you must tell the treasure before hand. |
